Whether it’s embroidery, screenprinting, or promotional products, your artwork / logo needs to be recreated into something physical.

Scan of hand drawn image – Raster Art
Embroidery transforms your logo into Thread.
In Screenprinting, your image is recreated with Stencils, Screens and Paint.
On Promotional Products, your brand can be Engraved, Imprinted, Stamped, etc. (depending on the product).
Whatever the application method, or the medium, there are two processes to recreating your artwork that is far more detailed than simply clicking a button in a computer program. It must first go through the processes of Vectorization or Digitizing.
Vectorization is where your logo is transformed from a pixelated image, such as a photograph (also known as a raster image) into an image of solid lines and shapes that can be scaled as needed and maintain their quality.
Digitizing is the process of taking your image and recreating it with the paths and sequences that an embroidery machine will need to follow in order to stitch out your logo on the item it is being added to. There are a number of factors taken into consideration for this process, such as, the material, garment, location, size, and colors of the project.
In both processes, it takes experience and time to create the detail and quality that your logo deserves.
