Can I provide my own items?
Yes. We understand and appreciate that everyone has their own style, especially when it comes to home decor and linens. Examples of the most common client-provided items include: towels, sheets, pillow shams, and apparel options such as the Under Armour brand.
Are there any minimums?
We do not require a minimum quantity, however, the price per item decreases as the number of items in the order increases.
How long does it take?
- Typical turn around times are as follows:
- Embroidery ~ 5-7 business days
- Screen Printing ~ 7-10 business days
- Heat Printing ~ 5-7 business days
- Digitizing (embroidery files) and Vector Art creation – 2 business days
Are there any setup fees?
We do not have any order setup fees. The only “setting up” we charge for is to create the files necessary to complete the job, such as, embroidery design and machine files and Vector art files. How do you measure for hat sizes?
Measure the circumference around the head, above the eyebrow and at the widest part of the head. Divide that number by 3.14 for the appropriate hat size.
